Samantha Stone is an author, playwright, and educator, originally from Roosevelt Island, currently residing in Harlem. Her children's book The Kitchen Magician was published by Nightingale Books in January 2025. Her plays have been produced by SheNYC Arts, Primary Stages, Soho Rep, and the New York International Fringe Festival. She was a finalist for the Leah Ryan Fund for Emerging Women Writers and the Ivoryton Playhouse's POWER PASSION PROSE Women Playwrights' Initiative.
